Raised in the Florida Keys and son of local fishing and travel photojournalist Bob Epstein, Capt. Brian has been fishing and exploring these waters since 1976. From a very early age, he had already caught nearly all varieties game fish and is a real “fish-whisperer.” In addition, Capt.
